In the case of receiving a Military Mortgage, that is, purchasing an apartment/house on a site under a military mortgage during participation in the system, and being dismissed with a length of service of more than 10 calendars, it is on preferential grounds that the former participant can repay the balance of the debt with so-called additional funds (also known as "dopa").
