The Pension Fund in Pokachi is a state organization created on December 22, 1990 during the adoption of Resolution of the Supreme Council No. 442-1. The main responsibility is to provide social guarantees to Russian citizens.
The Pension Fund has the status of an off-budget state fund and was created to control the use of money from the pension system in order to comply with the constitutional rights of Russians to social pensions and payments to pensioners in Pokachi. The PFR budget is approved by the State Duma in a separate document, simultaneously with the adoption of the annual financial law. According to the latest analytical data, the share of funds sent to the accounts of the Pension Fund is 10.8%. At the same time, the expenditure part is equal to 10.2% of all government expenditures. According to the Pension Fund of Russia, about 40 million citizens and about 20 million beneficiaries receive a social pension. Over 128 million insured persons are registered in the organization's database.
